# Find the revenue leaks hiding between your tools.

Your commerce stack captures more information than your business acts on. MESHHETU connects those missing decisions through strategic consulting, targeted systems intelligence and the development of ROQIVA.

The problem

## Connect the signals you capture to the decisions that ignore them.

Payments records why a payment failed. The CRM retries every failure the same way. Nobody owns the handoff, so recoverable orders are lost.

We work with approved evidence and your existing tools. We do not replace your stack.

How it works

## Follow one work item through six steps and four gates.

A shared engineering method connects evidence to decisions, execution and measurement. In ROQIVA, the proposed end-to-end software workflow coordinates code, agents and human approvals.

R2

Why never retry a hard decline?

Product agent

- Read Payments export
- Read CRM retry rule

A hard decline is a final refusal from the bank, so a retry rarely changes the result and can look like a second charge attempt. This rests on the failure codes in the export, not on a measured retry result.

#### 01Problem

The CRM retry rule treats hard, transient and bank-side failures the same. Gateway failure codes are captured and never read.

#### 02Goal

Retry each failure type the way it should be retried, and leave unrecoverable failures alone.

#### 03Requirements

- R1 Capture the failure class on every failed payment attempt.
- R2 Retry transient failures once, after a short delay. Never retry a hard decline.

### Failed payments get one retry

Expected What should happen

A payment failure reason changes how the failure is retried.

Observed What actually happens

Gateway failure codes are captured on every attempt, but the CRM retry rule treats hard, transient and bank-side failures the same.

Sources Where the evidence comes from

Payments export. CRM retry-rule configuration.

Evidence label How proven it is

Supported The evidence is consistent, but the counts are not yet reproduced.

Value range What fixing it could be worth

Not sized in this illustration. A real card gives a range from the brand’s own numbers, labelled by proof level. Never a single promise.

Effort and owner What it costs and who must act

An engineering estimate, and the team that owns the retry rule.

Not seen What the Analyst could not inspect

Card-network decline reasons were not in the export. Unseen is never reported as healthy.

This example is illustrative. It is not a finding for any brand.

Questions

## Get answers to the questions teams ask first.

### What can we work with MESHHETU on today?

Track A is strategic consulting: diagnosis, growth strategy, specifications and execution governance as scoped. Track B is modular systems intelligence using approved inputs and limited integration. Both are available now. Track C is ROQIVA, an integrated product in development and not production-ready.

### Do you need direct access to our systems?

Not to begin a Track A conversation or initial consulting audit. We can work from approved exports and documentation. A Track B scope may use agreed read-only inputs or limited connections. ROQIVA integration requirements will depend on the eventual deployment design.

### Will MESHHETU change our live systems?

Consulting deliverables and modular intelligence do not themselves deploy fixes to production. Your team owns implementation and release unless a separate scope expressly defines otherwise. ROQIVA is designed around governed approvals and controlled access.

### What does the audit contain?

A decision register and ranked finding cards: what should happen, what happens, the sources, how proven it is, a value range, the effort, and what we could not see.

### Who implements the recommended changes?

For Track A, the delivery responsibilities are agreed in the consulting scope; typically your design and engineering teams implement the recommended work. Track B produces scoped intelligence, not automatic production changes. ROQIVA is still in development.

### How do you measure the impact?

We agree a baseline and success criteria before the intervention where measurement is in scope. Outputs distinguish observed results from hypotheses. ROQIVA’s planned end-to-end workflow includes a Monitor and outcome review.

### How do you keep the AI honest?

Code computes every number. Every finding cites its source and carries a label: Confirmed, Supported or Hypothesis. An unseen area is reported as unseen.

### What does it cost?

The working session is free. Anything after it is scoped to your stack and agreed first.

## Bring one commercial problem worth solving.

Tell us the journey and what is not working. We will recommend a consulting engagement, a modular intervention or a ROQIVA roadmap discussion if appropriate.
