We wanted to bring commercial strategy, product thinking and systems engineering into one place: identify the missing connection, understand why it matters, design a practical response, and stay accountable for the outcome.

The name is our reminder: every system should have a reason to exist, every recommendation should have evidence, and every improvement should have a clear owner.
